Nestled in the South East of the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua is the historic Bailey Hill Estate with stunning views overlooking  Falmouth Harbour.

A total  of 20 acres of prime development land makes up the Baily Hill’s  Development, separated into 22 distinct plots. The hilltops, hillside and valley of Bailey Hill are covered in the lush vegetation of an ancient tropical rainforest.
